Find a roommate (Off-Campus)!

Hey everyone, I’m Jake (21). In Fall 2025, I’ll be transferring to CSULB from out of town. I’m looking for 1 or 2 male roommates to go in on a place with me off-campus within 15 minutes (driving) of CSULB. Here’s my situation: Willing to move anytime from June (the earliest) to September (the latest). Long-term Arrangement–moving out of my parents house from South OC for good. Maximum I’m willing to contribute for my (even) share of the rent would be $900 excluding utilities, etc. (definitely down to go lower in $$) Seeking a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment, where we would each get our own room. I don’t care how many bathrooms to be honest, as long as there’s 1. We’d hopefully evenly split the cost of any apartment expenses: rent, utilities, security deposit, internet, maintenance, etc. I’m fine with anybody, as long as we can communicate efficiently and respect each other’s wants/needs with whatever space we get.
