Find a roommate (Off-Campus)!

Hi everyone!

My friend and I (both students) are looking for a single bedroom with two single beds to share near California State University, Long Beach (CSULB). We are clean, responsible, and respectful tenants.

Our preferences:

• Budget: $1200/month including utilities

• Room: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds

• Parking: At least one parking spot required

• Location: Within a short commute (preferably walking or public transit) to CSULB

• Move-in: Flexible, but ideally starting 1st August
