• House unit (ADU) shared with 2 other female students (in their own rooms, 3 other housemates in total)

• Located in Lakewood - 17-23 min drive from CSULB

• Furnished communal areas (shared living/kitchen area)

•in-unit laundry

• Open street parking with street sweeps Mondays, safe neighborhood
