Find a roommate (Off-Campus)!

Hi Everyone!

My friend Tina and I (Ashley) are incoming transfers majoring in Nursing at CSULB. We are new to the area and would love to make new friends. We are looking for a place to live, ideally a 1 bedroom that we can share together and live with 1-2 other girls. Our budget would be $1,000 each max.

Our top priorities:

• no more than 20 minutes from campus

• move in date no later than august 1st

• cleanliness

• 2 parking spots as we both need our cars

• we have extremely busy schedules so a respectful living environment is important to us (we still love to balance having fun)
