Find a roommate (Off-Campus)!

Hi everyone, my name is Patricio Lerner. I am looking for a private room preferably starting July/August, my budget is between $900-$1250 + utilities. Close to campus would also be ideal.

I'm tidy, organized, respectful, communicative, friendly, and cooperative. I'm also alcohol/420/pet friendly. If we are housemates, I will always keep a clear-cut communication with you to make sure we have a smooth-running and comfortable household. I can provide proof of income and/or a security deposit or any guarantee needed to prove I will pay my rent on time.
