Hey Thomas, I have a room available that might be a good fit. It’s a private bedroom with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. The apartment is located near CSULB (about a short walk from campus), and rent is $1300/month for 1 person plus utilities.
I’m a pretty quiet and clean person too — I like going to the gym and surfing. Looking for someone respectful of shared spaces.
