Hi everyone!
I’m looking for a friendly and responsible girl to temporarily rent my room in a cozy 2 bed / 2 bath apartment. Here's everything you need to know:
📆 Availability: Starting August, minimum 1 month, maximum 3 months (can stay until end of October if needed)
Girls only, please!
🏠 You can also find a friend to share the room temporarily if that works better for you! (Only one extra person)
💰 Rent & Utilities:
• $1200/month for the whole room
• Private bathroom inside the room
• Furniture NOT included in the bedroom. (Empty room)
• I’ll help with utilities since it’s a short-term rental:))
The apartment is clean, comfortable, and ideal for someone needing a short-term stay with privacy and flexibility, close to CSULB. You'll be sharing the apartment with one other girl who’s easygoing and respectful.
