Hi, my name is Sean Matsubara and I'm a fourth year Kinesiology major here at CSULB. My 2 roommates are moving out this spring, and there's a 1 bed/1 bath available with 1 parking spot in a spacious 2 bed/2 bath condo right next to the traffic circle (5 min drive to campus). The condo is newly remodeled with a fully furnished kitchen and living room. Available starting July 1st, Males preferred. $1600 for the room or $800 to share.
