Find a roommate (Off-Campus)!

Hello! We have a space available for one roommate, in a room shared with me. We live off 7th street in a duplex on the bottom floor, and there are no upstairs neighbors at the moment. It's 3 bed/1bath, with 3 people currently. It's about a 10 minute drive to campus and to the beach.

We are looking for someone to move in ASAP. Rent for the shared room is $750, all utilities are paid for by the landlord except for internet (with 4 people, internet is about $17 a month each)

One of our previous roommates will be returning in the fall, however one of the current inhabitants will be moving out over the summer, so if the room arrangement needs to be changed, it can be after this semester!
