Hi I’m Celeste! I am looking to find a roomie to share a room with me in Grand Terrace Apartment Homes, it is a 2bd/ 2bath apartment.

I have been living here with another girl (who rents her own room) for 2 years! We love it here. I am a theatre arts major, and she is a psych major!

You will be sharing a room with me, and I have always shared a room so I am very mindful! I would hope someone who has experience sharing a room is interested, but not required!

-Rent: $640 + Wifi & Utilities ($30-$60 range)

-No deposit required!

-We would all share a parking spot or street parking!

-Move in date: April 1st/May 1st
