Looking for roommate
We are looking for roommates starting January 1st 2026 - July 31st 2026 (you can also renew the lease if you are wanting to stay!) It’s a lot of information so if anything doesn’t make sense or you still have questions please ask:) Rent is $9,395 but we split it evenly so $1,342 for a private room and private bathroom NOT including utilities. The house is walking distance from school, or about 5 minute drive. We live in a very safe neighborhood it’s full of families and kids and we have an elementary school across the street. We have two cats and a puppy with us so we are looking for people who love animals but unfortunately we aren’t looking to add anymore pets!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Utilities
Our rent does NOT include utilities. The utilities are set under one name and we split them all evenly amongst us. The utilities haven’t ever been an issue since it’s split between 7 people. We are all responsible for our part of bills, that means if someone fails to make the payment we ALL get charged a fee.
- Parking
We share our garage and driveway but most of us park on the street anyway. You just have to move your car for street sweeping on Thursdays and Fridays.
- Rooms
Along with having its own bathroom and AC unit the doors each have a pin! So only you can enter your room, helps feel a bit extra safe and private.
- Backyard
The backyard is pretty nice and super bright and sunny, we also have a hot tub The home owners take care of the maintenance for the hot tub so for maintenance we just add chlorine in it after we use it 🙂 other than that the home owners have a scheduled pool guy to come. The backyard is also a shared space with the back house, they are all also students
- Bathrooms
NO tubs included, which helps reduce our water bill!
- Solar Panels
The solar panels will help reduce our electrical bill!
- Distance From School
We live super close. With no traffic it’s around a 5 minute drive to the pyramid/school! Compared to other places this is super good!
