Find a roommate (Off-Campus)!

Hello, my name is Brody and I graduated Cal State Long Beach in the fall. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for the upcoming spring semester. Move in would be flexible but hopefully mid January-Feb.

It's a single room with a personal bathroom and shower located in Westminister for $1200 a month. It comes will full appliances and a washer/dryer. The house is 15 minutes from campus and I have four other male roommates who currently live there. If you're interested please dm me.
