Find a roommate (Off-Campus)!

Me and my Friend are looking for two guys to take a room in the 1600 sq ft. 4 bedroom 2 bath house that I’m filling in. Rent is 675 before utilities and you would have your own room. The living room is fitted with surround sound, there’s a fire place, brand new dishwasher and stove. There’s also a backyard that has the space for a Jacuzzi that I’m planning to buy. This will be the mens house for Beach Catholic (Catholic club at CSULB) so you must be ok with events being hosted over here. It’s 10 minutes from the school
