Find a roommate (Off-Campus)!

I’m looking for 1-2 new roommates to move into my apartment starting at the beginning of August. The available bedroom is spacious and comes with its own private bathroom and a walk-in closet.

Rent is $1300/month for 1 person, plus shared utilities. The apartment is located at 2041 San Anseline Ave, within walking distance of CSULB.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with plenty of street parking available, and the apartment has a BBQ area as well.

I’m a quiet and respectful person who likes to surf and go to the gym. Looking for roommates who are clean, responsible, and considerate of shared spaces.
