Find a roommate (Off-Campus)!

My roommate is moving out September 1st, looking for someone to take his spot and pay his portion of the rent ASAP! It’s 2 miles west of CSULB, $750 a month per person, large bedroom with a shared bathroom, induces in-unit washer and dryer and 3 guaranteed parking spots. Must be trans friendly as trans folk live in the apartment. Utilities range from $45-75 per month (electricity, gas, and internet).
