Hi everyone! My previous roommate moved out suddenly, and I'm looking for a roommate to take his place. The apartment is near the traffic circle (<5min drive from CSULB, ~15min bus ride, ~10min bike ride)

Details:

• Ideal move in: Start of April, preferably earlier

• ~$710/month + utilities (~$50)

• ~$500 security deposit

• Will be sharing room with male

• Fully furnished, only thing needed is bed/mattress and optional desk

• Gym, pool, and laundry rooms in complex

• Shared parking spot (whoever comes home the latest) and street parking

• Must be okay with cats

• LGBTQ+ friendly

• Must have good-standing credit

• Sharing the apartment with one male (me) and two females
