Find a roommate (Off-Campus)!

Hiii! I'm looking for someone (female, clean,organized,communicative ) to take over my roommate's lease starting January 1st! 🗓️ Rent is $1300 a month! You'd get your own bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a shared balcony! Utilities (trash, water, electricity, WiFi) are usually around $148 a month, but we'd split them in half, so it'd be roughly $75 each! There's also a shared parking spot and a small storage area included(in the parking lot area) !

Location-wise, CSULB is only 7-10 minutes away📚, we're 5 minutes from the traffic circle and 7-10 minutes from the beach🏖️! There’s a park at a walkable distance and walkable neighborhoods around ! It's a super safe, gated complex with laundry units on site, security patrolling, a community pool and a hot tub!
