Find a roommate (Off-Campus)!

heyy my name is sophie, i snowboard and play guitar, and collect things like CDs and manga. i like to go to local shows around LA, im big into music :D im a second year film major, and im looking for a roomate to share a room with. me and 2 other girls already have a place on belmont shore, it’s 1 block away from the beach, 2 bedrooms 1 bath, with a newly updated kitchen and bathroom. the house is an awesome location right next to 2nd street, and the rent per person is $775, plus utilities which would be around $50. we’re looking for someone urgently and you can move in asap! my instagram is sophie_rosas
