Hi! I’m an incoming junior, 20 years old, at CSULB looking for a girl to fill the other room in my apartment. It’s a 2 bedroom one bathroom. Apartment is located in Downtown Long Beach about 10-15 min from school. Rent is $2275 and would be split in half, so $1137 each. Person would need to move in starting July 1st. One shared parking spot included with the rent above along with street parking.
I’m pretty chill as far as living together just clean up after yourself and general cleaning every now and then.
