Find a roommate (Off-Campus)!

Hello! My name is Eoin and I'm a second year at CSULB majoring in finance. I enjoy a mix of being outdoors, such as hiking and going to the beach, and chilling indoors, like watching movies/shows and playing board/video games. I'm in the process of securing a lease that is a 10 minute drive away from school in a gated community. Rent is about $2600 without utilities so I'm looking for a roommate who is okay with splitting or two roommates who are okay with sharing a room.
