Looking for a roommate!
Hey!
I’m looking for 1 roommate to fill a 2 room, 1 bath apartment located at The Circle Apartments at Long Beach.
Looking for a person to sign an 11 month lease starting on April 1st.
It is a really nice place! The living room and the bedroom is fully furnished. It is located near the traffic circle so most things are within walking distance (food, grocery stores, gym etc). It is pretty close to campus (3 min drive/ 20 min walk).
* Must have a guarantor/cosigner or have good enough credit/income to be approved by management
* Rent for Single is $1250 + utilities
* Utilities are around $100 - $150
I'm a recent 2024 grad working at an aerospace company in long beach. I am really clean and organized so I am looking for someone that will clean after themselves and maintain a clean living room so we can have a nice/clean place to come back to after a long day of classes/work.
