Find a roommate (Off-Campus)!

Hello, my name is Savannah and I am a second-year at CSULB majoring in Kinesiology. I am looking to rent a room close to campus or find a roommate who is interested in searching for available apartments in, ideally, Belmont Heights, Belmont Shore and anywhere within 1 mile of campus. My current lease ends March 16th and would like to secure housing by then. My budget is $900.

About me: I am from the Bay Area/Santa Cruz. I am clean/neat, friendly and respectful. I value communication and respect along with a growth mindset. I have a sleep schedule of 10-7 and love a peaceful and quiet home environment. I have prior roommate experience and am aware of shared responsibilities, chores, communication, and overall skills. I am busy during the day with work, school, clubs, sports, friends and want quiet down-time when home. I like to read, play chess, do yoga, play volleyball, cook, practice mindfulness, and have a good laugh. I don't smoke/drink, party, have guests over too often and enjoy time to recharge. I would prefer to find a roommate(s) who have similar lifestyles, goals and views when it comes to living.
