The lease runs January 12 – June 12 (Spring semester). The house is fully set up — all appliances included, washer & dryer on-site, and street parking available. Even small balcony(420 and alcohol friendly). 15 minutes from Campus, 8 minutes from downtown. Off of PCH/Atlantic. Ideally looking for a male CSULB student to move in by January 12.
