URGENTLY NEED SOMEONE TO RENT MY ROOM SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY! I’m looking for a girl to rent out my room! It’s a month to month lease at just $800! Water and electricity are covered we only pay for gas/heat and wifi for utilities. It is a private room but there are two other bedrooms that are filled by my lovely roommates! It’s one bathroom with a kitchen and living room. If you’re a CSULB student it’s 10-15 minutes away from campus! There is street parking but the bus stop and metro train station is literally right in front! We’re located right at the border of downtown Long Beach!
