LOOKING FOR 1-2 ROOMMATES FOR LEASE STARTING JULY 1ST, LOCATION ALREADY DETERMINED Hello all, my roommates have decided to move out, and so I will soon have an available bedroom. I am a fourth-year student looking for someone to sign on for either a month-to-month lease or a 1-year lease in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Move-in date would be July 1st, I might be able to coordinate for sooner but I'm not sure as of now (ask if interested). Yes, it is a 2b1b. Unfortunately, no, I am not sharing my room, sorry... (it's a little small, your bedroom would be larger than mine). So, you can bring a roommate with you to share the room, or you can have the room to yourself. If it would only be two of us (you and I), rent split would be 50/50 ($1255 each). If it would be three of us (two of you in one bedroom, and me in the other), rent split would be 30/30/40 (roughly $1500 split between the two of you, roughly $1000 from me, can declare specifics later). Utilities are evenly distributed regardless of # of people: we each pay the same. Per-month utility cost averages ~$175-200 ($71.25 flat Internet, ~$60-70 electric, ~$45-50 gas & refuse, everything else covered). So, with three people, its usually ~$60-65/person. With two people, it would be closer to ~$90-100/person. I manage our shared responsibility for utilities, so utility payments would go to me. Rent payments are collectively made by us to the owner. If interested, you can either send me a message on Instagram at @nicholasparra05, or email me. I can show photos and give more info. No preference for either male or female, LGBTQ+ friendly. Alc friendly in moderation, though I don't drink myself. Unfortunately, I do not wish to have pets, no matter how adorably awesome yours may be. I also provide a few things: dishes/silverware, cooking supplies, pots and pans, microwave, toaster, portable AC unit, TV (very limited selection, but good enough for consoles and such), couch + recliner, tools, etc. What's mine is (sometimes) yours. I hardly use most of it anyways, lol. About me: Computer scientist, gamer, and occasional poet/musician (GarageBand lol). Listen to music 24/7, currently super into Magdalena Bay, The Field, Daft Punk, and Animal Collective. Tend to keep to myself and am often at campus during the day (work/school), so my noise level is low. Try my best to stay tidy and keep the apartment presentable... that is to say, I appreciate tidiness in shared areas. Don't usually have guests, but don't mind having people over either. Just ask that you make sure any potential guests respect our space. Other than that, I'd say I'm pretty chill.
