I love watching sports, I’m a transfer student looking for roommates to rent a house with. I’d like to pay around 1K for rent. A bit more or less is fine as well. I’m respectable of anyone else’s stuff and I’m pretty clean. I don’t smoke and drink occasionally ( maybe like 2X a month or sometimes not at all). I usually go to the gym 4-5x a week. I’m down to go out to watch big sporting events together or just be cordial roommates. Whichever is cool with me. I do have a motorcycle as well but idk if I’ll be able to bring it to campus or not.
