Hi! My name is Krystal, I am a nursing student at CSULB seeking a female roommate ASAP till November 2026. You’d be added to my current lease through November; renewal is not guaranteed but a possibility. If I don’t renew, the lease would end and you could apply separately to stay. Rent is around $1500 not including utilities/wifi. Its a 2 bedroom 2 bath with walk in closets, in unit laundry, dishwasher, balcony, central A/C and heating, wifi, and an assigned solo parking spot.
