Hi all! My name is Kate Imen and I am looking to sublease my spot in a 2-bedroom townhouse at the Circle Apartments. I currently share a room and pay $850 a month + utilities which amount to around $100 a month. You would share a decently-sized room with a 2nd year and the other housemate is a 1st year with her own room.
